Publish a CHANGELOG #448
Description
What problem are you facing?
Looking for a change log for the project, to see in convenient text
format information about what's new.
I'm aware that I can get these details from the diff log and from
the release notes, but they are not all consolidated in one place.
The "repo linter" project at https://github.com/todogroup/repolinter
looks for a CHANGELOG file in the home directory.
How could the Equinix Metal CLI help solve this problem?
Create a file CHANGELOG and as releases are updated copy out
the salient points from each edition's release notes into it.
