On the map dashboard, should we support multiple measures at once?

e.g. the user could compare crude and age adjusted mortality rates, one in each card. This might be useful. It would require special behavior for the color scheme: perhaps just z-normalized measure, or multiple stacked color schemes? 

This seems like niche behavior though, so I'm going to implement it as a one measure dashboard for now.
