For January release, if possible. Please update the PWA card for the cancer screening survey to include this final sentence:

Please complete this survey even if you’ve never been screened for cancer. Your responses are important.

for the Spanish version:
Por favor, complete esta encuesta aunque nunca se haya realizado una prueba de detección de cáncer. Sus respuestas son importantes.
