I assume this issue related to using includes to adjust where parent devices are displayed on screens? Also, how was this blocked by the IgnoreSignal issue? Does this regrouping include ignoring signals and adjusting the order in which parent and child groups are displayed?

Yes, I just forgot to make this blocked on epics-containers/pvi#75, I've added it now

First pass at reordering SimDetector

Would be nice to put ND groups into a subscreen, but this would require allowing Includes in Groups in PVI. Groups labelled Ungrouped should be renamed
