Bug Report: "Wireless Redstone"

If I place the "Redstone Transmitter" on a wall it pops of and drops a piece of redstone and if I place it on the ground and rightclick the redstone and the break the Transmitter it drops it sometimes

And I found out that you can place items in the itemframes that causes some small Bugs I don't know if that is fixable
Also if you have a Transmitter and Reciever powered on and change the channel of the reciever it will stay on untill i break it

And in Multiplayer the Number with the Channel doesn't show
