bug: Link to repo discussions is broken

What happened?

I wanted to start a discussion by clicking the bottom link in the image below

but it 404s

Steps to reproduce

1. In the repo issues view click "New issue"
2. Chose "Questions and Support"
3. You get redirected to https://github.com/entireio/cli/discussions which is a 404
