Label( emphasized=True) does not look good in dark mode (Windows)

When dark system theme is applied to Windows, setting the emphasized attribute of a Label trait to True leads to poor visual clarity. The color is chosen to be a dark blue, which looks nice with a light system theme, but is very difficult to read in dark mode. See attached picture for reference.
