Howdy! I'm interested in trying to make contributions to this project and I plan on making use of the AGENTS.md and usage_rules plugins for my work.
I'd like to respect the values and goals of the stewards of this repository, so before I open a PR with these changes, I wanted to ask if y'all would be comfortable with me getting that started (modelling it after the backpex and ash projects' implementation of these concepts).
