[Feature request] syndication plugin for Twitter, Medium, Etc

What are your thoughts on including a Publish (on your) Own Site, Syndicate Elsewhere style plugin in later versions? There are benefits for user adoption and reach in copying posts to platform silos such as Facebook, Medium, Twitter, etc. Would be great to automate the process through platform APIs and to include the OG post link or short-link. I make this feature request without knowing how difficult this would be to implement.

Interested in exploring this, for sure. Could be as simple as creating a Choo plugin that listens to the panel’s save event.
