Use of Windows feature update compatibility risks report to tag devices

Using the summary report, group devices based on the issue they have.

Might need to change the groups so that the attribute starts with the risk and not equals, though may be an issue when carrying out the prep for safe attribute values.

Append the app compat risk type to the existing extension attribute.
