[Suggestion] Programmable tags / Country filter

I don't know if there's enough demand to make this worth the effort, but I would really love it if tags could be configured with rules criteria for automatically including tournaments rather than having to manually add each individal one.

Alternatively, if the default filters simply included tournament country as an option, that would cover my particular use case without the need for a custom tag at all.
