thrusting disabled in a 1.21.10 minecraft singleplayer world

after reading the mod desc and everything else, i am unable to locate the server config file and i think that its because im in a singleplayer world
if you could help me find the way to config the server to make thrusting enabled that would be great

I believe there is a "Server" tab to the client config where you can change serverside settings. you should also be able to bind the config page to a key in the vanilla Controls page
