Allow configuring hazelcast via "convention-over-configuration" way

Hello!
First, let me say thanks for plugin!
My request is not a bug description. it's more a feature request. We all know, that philosophy of grails is so-called convention over configuration. I think, that it would be comfortable, to make hazelcast configuring by this way. Some grails syntax sugar would be very good. And one more, and important thing - is a possibility to configure hazelcast differently, depending on environment(development, production, testing, etc...): standard grails feature(like the one, in DataSource for example).
