Cell frame disappears

After entering and exting instances, Cell's frame disappears leaving only the option/raid button.

Reload temporarily resolve the issue, but entering/exiting instance it happens again.

Tested on Retail, couldn't reproduce this issue. Mists should behave the same.
Try disabling other addons and snippets, then test again.

The instance in my case were actually PvP instance(arena/BG), I will try disabling other addons before entering PvP instance.
