Expected Behavior

This issue concerns the updating of the home page in line with the new redesign and should follow the designs out line in the Fima file

This is issue also relies on #405 and could be done in tandem. The scope of this issue does not include the header of footer which are being tackled in separate issues.

Acceptance Criteria

• The home page matches the Figma for both mobile and desktop
• Refactor exiting components wherever possible
• Remove components that are no longer needed
• styling should take a mobile first approach
• Make storybook files for any new components where appropriate
• Make sure all E2E tests pass and write new one where appropriate
