Create a better British English dictionary by reverse engineering fixes [David Bartlett made from a fork](http://en-gb.pyxidium.co.uk/dictionary/) of SCOWL around 10 years ago. All work towards this milestone will take place on the [better-uk-dict](https://github.com/kevina/wordlist/tree/better-uk-dict) branch and changes will be cherry-picked back to master.
