Add examples

Add more examples:

• Figures 4.7 and 4.8 of Ward and Hohmann (added to Magnetic loop sources and magnetic receivers)
• Add examples for the following layouts:
  • central loop (implemented in TEM: ABEM WalkTEM)
  • loop loop
  • concentric loop
• A examples for ramp and arbitrary waveform; pulses; filtering.

I think system specific examples would help too, these would be "higher level" than your proposed examples above. Each example could identify where a user might have to change parameters to match their specific data set, like waveform, area, offset etc.

Yes, that would be great! However, I personally rely here on the expertise of others to implement -or help me with- that, as I have no idea about any of these systems.

I think this is covered in #232, and will be resolved in #253 for most part. I do not plan to add specific systems to empymod (SkyTEM, Aeroquest, WalkTEM, Resolve), it is too far from what I do. But I am happy to add examples, if user provide them, just as there are already the TEMFAST, WalkTEM, and DUALEM & GEM2 examples.
