Add `benchmark` to the gemspec.

Ruby 3.5.0/4.0.0 will not have benchmark by default anymore.

.../ruby/3.4.0/ruby/3.4.0/gems/okcomputer-1.19.0/lib/ok_computer/check.rb:1: warning: .../3.4.7/lib/ruby/3.4.0/benchmark.rb was loaded from the standard library, but will no longer be part of the default gems starting from Ruby 3.5.0.
You can add benchmark to your Gemfile or gemspec to silence this warning.
Also please contact the author of okcomputer-1.19.0 to request adding benchmark into its gemspec.
