⭐ Update to compose 1.8.0

First stable iOS release, but the behaviour of the bottom sheet is janky. Need to "reimplement" (i.e. copy the dumb restrictive library to make my changes) before I can roll it out. Should fix #207 I assume.

Progress on this has been held up until an issue with voyager is resolved. After that thorough testing is required to catch other potential issues.
