Feature Request: Add, Edit, Delete Calendars

Currently, only finding existing calendars is supported. I would love to see the possibility to add, edit, or delete calendars, as well.

There is also PROPPATCH method to, e.g., change the display name of a calendar. See https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4791#section-5.3.1
