Website hosted with GitHub Pages

@cwoodall what do you thick about to provide some website hosted with GitHub Pages? Another awesome-project awesome-python does this with mkdocs. I already used mkdocs it for one of my own projects. There might be some "frontend beautifying" limitations due to the README.md format which is expected by awesome. However... let me know if I can help setting it up.

@cwoodall Some inspiration (websites generated from other awesome lists):

• awesome-docker
• awesome-iot

The easiest approach could be to use a github pages theme and adding it to the github pages site... but Leap day seems to be the only one which supports header based sidebar navigation!?
