Formatting Issue

This issue keeps generating every time i paste code in dialog box and press ok by default all my line of codes are placed at top to my OneNote page ignoring where my cursor is what I Want is, I have long documentation and want to place code in between those explanations. is there any method to resolve this or is it the way it works.

This is happening with me as well, it's a bit frustrating. Has anyone found a solution?

Edit: A workaround - ensure "Copy to Clipboard" is checked. After clicking okay, paste where you want the code snippet.
