How to add a custom themed?

I added a custom theme file in C:\ProgramFiles\CodingRoad\NoteHighlight2016\highlight\themes.

Although NoteHighlight sees it,

it has a problem using it.

Is it impossible to add a new theme? Should I just modify a random existing one to the colours I want?

Does anyone know how to get it working? Please help :<

Sorry, guys, I just figured it out myself. It's because .theme doesn't support # for comments. I was doing too much SQL lately so I forgot # is not comments for every language lol
