api issue #3
Description
Is this script meant to be useable with the free google api keys?
I got boxed out while I was still working out the kinks
googleapiclient.errors.HttpError: <HttpError 403 when requesting https://www.googleapis.com/customsearch/v1?q=cute+pandas&filter=1&start=1&cx=...............=image&key=....................&alt=json returned "This API requires billing to be enabled on the project. Visit https://console.developers.google.com/billing?project=................ to enable billing.">
