Feature Summary

Currently, EloqKV supports high availability through replication and failover mechanisms. However, workloads with multi-region deployment, low-latency global access, and disaster recovery requirements increasingly demand active–active cluster topology, where multiple regions or clusters can accept writes simultaneously.

This feature is particularly important for:

• Global SaaS deployments

• Latency-sensitive applications (e.g., edge, gaming, fintech)

• Hybrid cloud / multi-cloud architecture

• Cross-region DR with minimal RPO/RTO
