Feed#fetch should clean up old articles

When a feed is fetched, any articles not in the new version of the feed should be deleted.

It should be as simple as doing a DELETE FROM articles WHERE feed_id = ? AND id NOT IN ... after a publish where the NOT IN is a list of the current articles.
