Set 'is present' / 'is typing', remove from Discord

We should set the typing notice to other users in the node graph. Some handlers, like discord, slack, etc have a "presence" and indicate the agent is typing something. We can ignore for twitter, etc where presence doesn't exist or only exists in DMs.
