Data access section on dataset page #34
Description
Add data access section on dataset page.
Use cases:
- data will be advertised in the catalog but they will not use REMS - data availability will be implemented by mailing list (e.g. ncer-pd-request@uni.lu) or on the external portal -> the section should describe in detail the means to access these records
- data is available via REMS -> the button to request the data will be displayed in that section, link to some descrption of the whole process can be included
The section might be lighweighted/removed/crossed when the record is deprecated.
