Display dataset access mode in the header of a dataset #26
Description
It will be natural to see the access mode directly on the dataset page.
It will help user to understand what it takes to get access (open vs controlled access) or if the dataset is even publicaly accessible (closed access within a consortium)
The label/text could be clickable and point to some guide describing different modes of access in the documentation.
