Not getting the debug info

I'm using the latest version of Chrome
RenderDoc 1.31
Blender 4.1

Shortcut:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c "SET RENDERDOC_HOOK_EGL=0 && START "" ^"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe^" --disable-gpu-sandbox --gpu-startup-dialog --disable_direct_composition=1"

When I run the shortcut I get the little window with the PID, then inject it into RenderDoc and click OK in the PID window, but I just get a new PID number, if I repeat this process for about 4-5 times I finally get to open Chrome but I dont get the Debug Info in the top left corner.

I have no other program or window opened, I have check the task manager as well.

Exact same issue. Started happening out of nowhere - I'm assuming Chrome got updated and broke everything. Any fixes?

In the end I went with Maps Models Importer v0.6.2 and RenderDoc 1.25 with the latest Chrome and the latest Blender (4.4 right now) and it worked fine, i.e. I got the window with the debug info in the top-left.

Still needed multiple attempts to capture the map correctly since sometimes the capture did only contain a few garbage 3D models. If that's the case, try to move far away then back to the place you're interested in and then capture immediately afterwards. At least, that's what worked for me.

@Splines Thanks! I Could finally capture the google Earth info with:
Maps Models Importer 0.6.2
RenderDoc 1.25

but when I tried to import it to Blender 4.4/4.1/3.6 it didn't worked for me, until I did it with Blender 3.4 as suggested here:

For me it worked to change this command line option: --disable_direct_composition=1 to --disable-direct-composition

OMG thanks Jayjay, the old combo of Maps importer 0.6.2 with Renderdoc 1.25 and Blender 3.4 and the old command line option worked!!
