Do you have any plan on covering rename a symbol workspace level in order to give clear refactoring capabilities to LLM?

This is an interesting idea that should be relatively easy to implement. I'll take a stab at it.
I don't use the MCP connection for the LSP because models like Claude are unlikely to pick up tools from the MCP. I would only expect it to pick an LSP rename tool when it is explicitly requested as "use the lsp rename tool to rename x to y" but if it comes up in it's normal editing activities I would expect it to opt for the edit tool instead which makes directly exposed LSP tools less effective.
