Missing bottom margin for workspaces boxes #545
Description
What Happened?
When no app icons are present, the boxes representing workspaces or background apps line up with the bottom edge of the dock.
Steps to Reproduce
- Close all open application and and unpin any pinned ones
- Observe the dock
Expected Behavior
The bottom margin should be consistent with and without application icons
