Bootloader support

We provide AMY, a synthesizer framework that works on Daisy. It does not work on Daisyduino as there's no support to use APP_TYPE=BOOT_SRAM in Arduino. Even a simple AMY + DaisyDuino sketch overflows by 286KB.

A solution would be to implement Daisy bootloader support and a drop down in Arduino for APP_TYPE.
