Improve display of IRV elections where a tie occurs in one or more rounds #7
Description
Currently, when an IRV (Instant Runoff Voting) tie-break occurs, the server only outputs the randomly selected winner. This gets cached, so it's difficult for users to see what happens in alternate outcomes.

It would be nice to figure out how to statically display all possible results rather than randomly selecting the winner on the server. Maybe if someone is inspired, some minimal client-side JavaScript to toggle the winner of the coin toss could be fun.
