Improve election discovery interface #6
Description
As of July 2025 (and likely after the upcoming v0.31.0 release), the user interface for discovering elections on https://abif.electorama.com is kinda terrible. The tags make it easier, but if the election one is looking for is not featured on the front page, then there's a lot of digging to find the election. The current interface was designed when there weren't very many elections in ABIF format. Now with 100s of elections, it's unwieldy.
