Templates missing via pip

Eldarion,

When I install Formly via pip, the entire template directory is missing. If I add it manually from a .zip, I am still missing site_base.html. I tried creating my own site_base, but it seems not to be complete; All surveys are listed on a single, page, with pages and fields all underneath. (see attachment)
It is pretty confusing like this, and I think it is not the way you intended to application to work.
Django 1.11, python 3.5
