Description
The possibility to monitor the DStore connection status is necessary in certain cases.
If the user chooses no to allow background processes to run for the application, then the carrier connection may only be open only for short periods and the offline message, although queued, will not be sent until at an unpredictable time, the app is running long enough for the carrier to connect to DStore.
