[Azure Logs] Add support for AMQP-over-websocket and HTTP proxy

Context

AMQP-over-websocket and HTTP proxy support is available in the following stack versions: 8.19.10, 9.1.10, and 9.2.4.

We need to update the Azure Logs integrations to add a transport option that allows the processor v2 to switch to AMQP-over-websocket protocol.

Goal

• Add a new transport option with the following options: AMQP and AMQP-over-websocket.
• Update the documentation.

Impact

AMQP-over-websocket allows users with network restrictions to reach Event Hubs and Storage Account services.
