[Feature Request]: Allow user to report if content was helpful or not

• I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
• I have tested using the latest version of docs-builder

What problem are you trying to solve?

Although there is a plan to add the ability to indicate if the contact was useful or note.
Can the name of the link Report a docs issue be changed to say something like Provide feedback on content, the word issue sounds more like a "technical problem" and user will have better understanding where to report issues with the page content.
