benchmarking: --apm-server-record flag has no effect #1490

Description
The --apm-server-record flag has no effect any longer and it seems that we can't record the Opbeans events with the intake-receiver anymore for benchmark purposes.
I believe that we broke the flag after adding support for the APM Server in managed mode recently.
