Update user and roles to leverage built in solutions roles #1400
Description
Elasticsearch 7.13 introduced two new built-in roles editor and viewer giving full or read-only access in Kibana https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/built-in-roles.html.
The Kibana user should be updated to use these roles where possible.
