Tunnelling ACK missing #14
Description
The Tunneling ACK is missing for LData.con Telegram.
After three retries, the IP interface sends the DisconnectReq.
This is verified on two IP interfaces
Panasonic IP164
WEINZIERL 731

filter: ip.addr==192.168.2.167 and ip.addr == 192.168.2.100

From the log, It can be seen that, there is no ack sent for Ldata.con ("seqnum":15), even after three retires from IP interface.
This is causing IP interface to send Disconnect Frame to Client.
