Great plugin but won't output data :S

Hi I love the idea of this plugin but it won't output the data, I have out this into the page where I want it to output the second part of my two stage form: [printForm id=2]

But all I get is a blank section where the output should be (the entire page isn't blank, just that section, any ideas)?

I wasn't too sure what it means by 'which corresponds with the id from cForms > Tracking to place data in post / page' do I need to enable something in cForms2? I am using the latest version of cForms 14.6.
