Power vs. Wavelength zoom graph has no xlabel

Can't seem to get this label to appear properly.

Also limit the number of decimal places of the sub graphs to avoid the labels from being cut off.

Have had a very hard time with fixing this.

Attempt to fix this for release 0.0.5, otherwise move to wontfix.
