    1. Download the permission form from https://www.fuw.edu.pl/dokumenty-i-formularze.html, fill it in and submit it
    2. Google the preferred flight
    3. Contact WhyNotTravel at email for a quote and ensure the prices are similar
    4. Fill in the ticket requisition form at https://www.fuw.edu.pl/dokumenty-i-formularze.html using the WhyNotTravel booking reference
    5. Get the ticket requisition form signed. Once signed, order the ticket.
