## Description
Export the kanban board as a standalone interactive HTML page that can be shared with teammates or stakeholders.

## Expected behavior
- `board_export --html` generates self-contained HTML file
- Drag-and-drop board with all tasks, priorities, time data
- Dark theme matching the landing page
- Shareable via any static hosting
