Inconsistent error on full disk #12
Description
When running OIF with a full disk, I sometimes see an expected output of "OSError: [Errno 122] Disk quota exceeded" but sometimes the process exits early with error code 0 (success) and no outputs either to out or err. I don't know what causes each case or how to reproduce each.
