deploy the react app on Heroku

@EricTurf what are your thoughts regarding deploying the application on Heroku platform? I would like to complete this task. Kindly reply ASAP

I used to deploy this to heroku so I am not opposed to it.

I guess the problem is that now this is just an NPM package.

A solution could be to create a create-react-app in a subdirectory, add this package as a dependency (t-react-sudoku) and then deploy that site to heroku
