dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/Cluster.framework/Cluster

My app is unable to compile on iOS devices that are running on iOS 13. It is able to work on the simulator but does not compile on anything else. I am currently using and iPad pro 11inch. Any help wild be appreciated.
