Task page still shows "Continue" or "Start" buttons when there are no more tasks

This probably has to do with some general issues right now with showing tasks available

Let's think of the wanted behavior from a user perspective here.

Something like this would make sense to me:

• The Continue / Start button should not be active. The button should indicate there are no tasks right now.
• On the campaign list the row should probably be grayed out / inactive
